The canonicity of Agents of SHIELD was unclear by the end of the series thanks to adventures in different timelines, but Daisy's story ended with her in space. If this is the case, then the Fury show is exactly the type of project Marvel Studios could use to bring Quake to the MCU proper. Related: What Agents of SHIELD's Ending Means For The Rest of the MCU If there is one character Agents of SHIELD fans want to see return the most, it is arguably Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson aka Quake. Agents of SHIELD ended its seven season story earlier this year, and fans have since held out hope that some of the characters will be used by Marvel Studios in the future. In most cases, the connections were fairly small, but Agents of SHIELD made a habit early on of tying directly into the films. Over the last seven years, Marvel Television made multiple shows loosely connected to the MCU, but the movies never acknowledged them. What a shame. However, this isn't entirely accurate. Secret Invasion is an American television miniseries created by Kyle Bradstreet for the streaming service Disney+, based on the 2008 Marvel Comics storyline of the same name.It is the ninth television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) produced by Marvel Studios, sharing continuity with the films of the franchise. It's so generic that I'm confident a year from now, no one would remember this movie even existed. There's nothing new for me to say that I haven't already said about any of the other MCU content as of late. ![]() You bet on originality, you end up homeless. You watch the trailer, you know what happens. Superhero fatigue, they call it and this movie does practically nothing but to amp it up to 11. Post Avengers Endgame, these projects have been feeling more and more like content than cinema (except the rare surprises like GOTG 3). ![]() The MCU has absolutely overstayed its welcome.
